1. Services Overview

 We specialize in providing comprehensive residential and commercial cleaning, power washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and restoration services. A. Booking & Scheduling

Appointment Requests: Clients can request appointments through our Site, by phone, or via email. All appointment requests are subject to availability and confirmation.

Confirmation: Upon receiving a request, we will confirm the appointment details, including date, time, and scope of work, typically within [5-7] business days.

Rescheduling & Cancellations: Clients must provide at least [48] hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee as detailed in Section 2C.

 

B. Service Limitations

Scope of Work: While we strive for excellence, certain conditions (e.g., permanent stains, structural damages) may limit the effectiveness of our Services. We will inform clients of any such limitations during the assessment.

Client Preparations: Clients are responsible for securing or removing fragile, valuable, or sentimental items from areas to be serviced. We are not liable for damages to items not properly secured or removed.

 

2. Pricing, Payments & Refunds

A. Pricing & Estimates

Initial Assessment: We offer virtual & onsite assessments to provide accurate estimates. These assessments help determine the specific needs and costs associated with the requested Services.

Written Estimates: After the assessment, clients will receive a written estimate detailing the scope of work and associated costs. Estimates are valid for [90] days from the date of issuance.

 

B. Payment Terms

Due Date: Payment is due upon completion of the Services, unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing prior to service delivery.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Specific payment instructions will be provided in the invoice.

Late Payments: Payments not received within [7] days of the due date may incur a late fee of [5]% of the outstanding balance per [week]. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of Services and potential legal action to recover owed amounts.

 

C. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure efficient and effective service delivery, clients are expected to:

Access Provision: Ensure unobstructed and safe access to the property, including necessary keys, access codes, or permissions.

Utility Availability: Confirm that essential utilities (e.g., water, electricity) are operational during the service period.

Hazard Disclosure: Inform us of any known hazards, such as asbestos, lead paint, unstable structures, or other potential risks that could affect the safety of our team or the effectiveness of our Services.

Pet Management: Secure pets in a safe area away from the service zones to prevent interference or accidents.

 

4. Service Modifications & Termination

 

A. Modifications

Client-Initiated Changes: Should clients wish to modify the agreed-upon scope of Services, they must contact us at least [48] hours in advance. We will assess the feasibility of the changes and adjust pricing and scheduling accordingly.

Company-Initiated Changes: We reserve the right to modify the Services if unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., equipment failure, staff shortages). Clients will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be proposed.

 

B. Termination

By the Client: Clients may terminate the service agreement with [2] days’ written notice. Any Services rendered up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.

By the Company: We may terminate the agreement if clients breach any terms herein, including but not limited to non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or harassment of staff. Termination will be communicated in writing, detailing the reasons.

 

5. Liability & Indemnification

 

A. Limitation of Liability

Service Outcomes: While we employ industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific results due to variables beyond our control (e.g., pre-existing conditions, environmental factors).

Damages: Our liability for any claims arising from our Services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

 

B. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Above & Beyond Cleaning & Restoration LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Client Actions: Misuse of our Services, negligence, or intentional misconduct by the client or third parties on the client’s property.

Third-Party Claims: Any claims brought by third parties resulting from the client’s breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

 

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

Data Protection: We are committed to protecting client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data collected during service engagements will be used solely for service delivery, billing, and communication purposes.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information obtained during the course of the service agreement, unless disclosure is required by law.

 

7. Intellectual Property Rights
